  • Yes! Many insurance plans cover physical therapy services, but coverage can vary depending on your provider, plan, and specific benefits. Our clinic staff is happy to help you verify your benefits and provide any documentation your insurance may require.

    We currently accept Aetna, CareFirst, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Veterans Affairs. Enrollment with Medicare Part B, Anthem, and Tricare are in progress.

    If your insurance isn’t listed, we’re happy to provide a superbill so you can submit a claim for possible reimbursement.

  • No. In most cases, you can start physical therapy without a doctor’s referral. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. Our staff can help you determine whether a referral is needed for your specific plan.

  • Your first session includes a comprehensive evaluation where we assess your movement, strength, flexibility, posture, and pelvic floor (if applicable). Based on this assessment, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, goals, and progress. Some clients see improvement in a few visits, while others benefit from ongoing therapy and guided home exercise programs. Your physical therapist will provide a personalized plan and monitor your progress.

  • Absolutely! Our clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation for conditions like back, neck, shoulder, hip, and knee pain, as well as pelvic floor therapy for issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction and postpartum recovery. Each program is customized to your unique needs.

  • Yes! Every client receives a personalized home exercise program to support their recovery, maintain progress, and prevent future injuries. Your therapist will provide detailed instructions and guidance to ensure you perform exercises safely and effectively.
